Ouzoud
22 km of Tanaant, a road to the left leads to one of the most beautiful sites of the Middle Atlas, where lavish waterfalls, haloed with a rainbow sky almost permanent rush from a height of 100 m in a bowl of limestone in the midst of lush vegetation. It is possible to swim at the foot of waterfalls accessible by a path fraught with shady trees. At the top of the falls, close to the impressive chasm, are a small antique grain mills still in operation through the brook dozen. At dusk, you can see whole families of monkeys heckling in carob, these large trees with delicious fruits they love. A hundred baboons, the beige hair and eyes encircled by a black line, have indeed taken up residence in the caves of the cliffs. It is possible to venture beyond the waterfalls to the village of Tanaghmelt, consisting of a maze of alleys. One can also take a narrow and difficult track leading to the road of Beni Mellal while descending the gorges of the Wadi el-Abid by a superb canyon that we sometimes do not distinguish the bottom about 600 m.
